Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and has over ten years of experience providing accounting and tax advisory services. He has actively participated in courses and conferences offered by institutions such as the Mexican Stock Exchange, which is recognized by the CNBV, AMIB, CONSAR, and the STPS, as well as the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants and the Mexican Tax Institute. He also holds diplomas developed by the Research and Development Center of the Mexican Council for Research and Development of Financial Reporting Standards (CINIF).

Victor has extensive experience providing financial and tax advisory services to national and international organizations in the automotive, maquila, logistics, stock market, real estate, services, commercial, investment, and construction sectors.

At OBPO, Victor is a leader in creating work teams, motivating and managing personnel, and actively participating in ongoing training and talent acquisition.
