Graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She has over 13 years of experience in external auditing and controllership.

She worked for seven years as an accounting manager in a service company reporting under US GAAP and NIF and taught auditing for two years. Similarly, she was a supervisory council member at the Colegio de Contadores de Puerto Vallarta and is a certified public accountant. Miriam has over twenty years of experience in external auditing and internal control and has participated in significant mergers and acquisitions through Financial Due Diligence.

She worked for seven years as an Accounting Manager in a service company, reporting under US GAAP and NIF, and for more than thirteen years in accounting firms as an auditor and controller, providing services to companies reporting under IFRS and NIF. Additionally, she served as a professor in auditing for two years. Likewise, she has been a member of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México since 2022 and previously was a supervisory council member at the Colegio de Contadores de Puerto Vallarta.
