He has been a partner at OBPO since the firm was updated in 2005. Benjamin is an expert in taxes and international operations. He advises Orbe’s clients on corporate restructurings, share sales, capitalization structures, infrastructure investments, and due diligence processes in various sectors.

Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and has studied corporate finance at New York University (Leonard Stern School of Finance – NYU) and executive courses at Harvard Business School.

Benjamin has worked with newly incorporated companies in Mexico to select the best financial structures for each; he has worked with clients to extract accounting and financial reporting processes and integrate them into OBPO and collaborated with a team of lawyers and investment bankers on various share purchase projects.
