Laura has worked in international firms since 1988, such as Deloitte and Nestlé, and was Director of the corporate legal area at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Master of Laws in International Business Law from the Ibero-American University and Bachelor of Laws from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She is also an aspiring public notary and has postgraduate studies in International Business Law at the Ibero-American University, a Diploma in Industrial Property from UNAM, and a Diploma in Corporate Law from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).

Specializing in corporate law, particularly corporate law, corporate governance, unregulated entities in the financial sector, personal data protection, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, Family Business, and money laundering prevention.
