Diana graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Accounting and Administration (UNAM) and a diploma in Tax Contributions from the same institution. In pursuit of her professional growth, she has also takenĀ various courses focused on the same area and multidisciplinary ones, such as team management and leadership.

Since joining OBPO in 2016, Diana has proven her adaptability and competence by successfully managing tax compliance for a diverse clientele. Her clients have come from various industries, including construction, chemicals, food, shipping, paper, and services.

Her role has encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, from preparing and reviewing federal taxes to managing requirements and audits by the authority, overseeing corporate liquidation and due diligence, facilitating recovery of favourable balances, supporting ERP implementation, and providing tax advisory services.
