Daniela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad Panamericana (UP) and a Master’s in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge (England). Additionally, she has taken various updating courses in the United States, Spain, and Mexico.

Daniela has been practising since 2007, working in a Notary Public office and for an international firm of accountants and lawyers. Her areas of practice include:

Daniela’s most notable projects include:

• Corporate restructuring carried out by a publishing company listed on the NYSE, regarding its subsidiaries in Mexico.
• Advisory to a Mexican company in the education sector on the acquisition of an Indian franchise and the importation of its business model.
• Advisory to a bank in designing and implementing its Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
• Secretary of the Board of Directors at a consulting company with a presence on all five continents.
